How can you ensure the outcomes of your change management training program last?
First, you have to make certain that leadership is 100% on board. Next you need to equip front-line managers since they play a key role in facilitating the change process. They need time to understand their own feelings as well as how people respond to change. Next you should be very clear about what you're moving FROM - TO. Finally, celebrate small wins and recognize those who practice or adopt the change you seek.
-
How can you incorporate innovation into your performance goals?
Begin by clarifying what innovation means to your organization, your team, and within the role itself. Second, make sure that the individual is given the time, resources, and freedom to innovate. Innovation requires trial and error so make certain to acknowledge wins as well as lessons learned. Finally, some of the most innovative ideas or inspiration come from customers or other employees (outside of the specific department) so reward employees for doing their research, asking questions, and practicing a life-long commitment to growth.

Branding Circa 1870
Spotlight for Recruiting Professionals
Branding today isn’t solely about visual representation. A company’s logo doesn’t stand alone as the company’s brand. A brand has to work much harder. To be successful, it must evoke an emotional reaction, and Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec knew this better than anyone.
