    Led cross-functional team to structure, implement and monetize addressable advertising capabilities with multiple MVPD partners. The team has enabled the largest addressable advertising footprint in the market, supporting triple digit growth in Viacom's Advanced Marketing Services revenue.

  • Viacom Direct to Consumer

    Working for CFO, served as the lead for direct to consumer growth strategy; including market review, minimum viable product definition, build/buy, deal models and post merger integration planning. This project concluded with the acquisition and integration of PlutoTV. Viacom now has one of the largest direct to consumer footprints in the market.

  • Ads Everywhere

    Launched “Ads Everywhere” one of the largest digital TV ad networks in the top 5 DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Dallas)

  • Increase Ad Insertable Footprint

    Negotiated agreements with other MVPDs and ad networks to double the TWC insertable footprint on terms that increased revenue per TWC sub.

  • Kernel Connect audience measurement platform

    Managed the development and launch of the Kernel Connect cross-platform campaign management platform. Powered by over 150 TBs of anonymous viewing data from set top boxes and hundreds of household attributes, the Kernel Connect platform includes campaign planning applications (e.g. Audience finder), campaign optimization applications (e.g. Local Connect and Schedule Re-allocator) and reporting applications (e.g. KC Dashboard).
