Senior PM charged with the full life cycle project management. Deployment involved a mix of 168 employed, contracted and affiliated providers in 23 facilities involving 7 different specialties. Project milestones included enterprise registration and scheduling, single chart model for multi-specialty EMR, full CPOE, Meaningful Use Attestation, Dragon Speak and billing EDI, remittance, contact management and business intelligence reporting for discrete AR.
