SNF Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) - review your FFY2026 Score Report. Federal Fiscal Year 2026 "Early Look Performance Score Report" for SNF VBP Program is now available for download from Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES). CMS is planning to assess facilities' performance on a number of quality measures, as compared to a single measure. As a reminder, SNF's Medicare A payment to SNFs with 25 or more Medicare A admissions per year is adjusted for VBP, and the adjustment could be favorable (increase in reimbursement rate) or unfavorable (reduction of payment). We recommend facilities download and carefully review the report to gain an insight into their past performance on the four quality measures and model performance.
