Leading on both committees was a big responsibility and he was able to capitalize on the opportunity for IGEN Atlanta. Lyndon visited each site in-person and made and made great professional connections with each Site Representative. Due to this relationship building he was able to help identify some key LOB support opportunities across the city. He helped initiate and secure IGEN time on the Global Human Resources (GHR) All Hands call as well the SE Region US Trust team meeting. We have big plans to continue to expand our Site Membership roles and Lyndon is leading the effort!

• iCon – developed a robust on-boarding experience for service request initiators, including a VILT, hands-on practice exercises with a checklist, a short-burst system introduction and performance support.
• Loan IQ – updated course materials to support release 2A, migration of Syndicated and Large Corporate part-bought loans, and onboarding of over 500 employees to the Loan IQ platform.
