Sharing information effectively with your team is crucial for collaboration and productivity. Knowing who will be on the receiving end of the message is vital before the medium is considered. From there, it is important to set a foundation as to where information will be shared so all team members are informed. Make sure that multiple channels are used for vital information, for instance: a Teams message as well as an all inclusive email helps cover bases. Also, the information being shared should be clear and concise to avoid misinterpretation.
