“In my role as Vice President of Strategy at ADP, we have worked closely together on various strategic initiatives over the last decade. When Neema was appointed as ADP's Vice President of Global Franchise and Strategic Partnerships in 2015, I had the opportunity to witness firsthand how under his decisive leadership he completely transformed our franchise business from A to Z by executing on a multi-year plan. This effort resulted in a centralized implementation/service model with outstanding NPS and retention as well as yielding record double-digit YoY sales growth - all while exceeding each of his business metrics every fiscal year. In fact, he is currently pacing to finish this fiscal year well over his target plan again, making our franchise business bound for yet another unbelievable close. In addition to his effective execution, Neema has proven to be especially adept at guiding company associates, including our senior executives, and securing meetings with high profile strategic partners - largely due to his remarkable network and reputation in the industry. Team members value his collaborative and engaging nature, and I believe this has been critical in driving the success of the franchise business. In addition, he is a key sounding board for our Product and Development groups as they evaluate new initiatives by providing direction and proactive input on potential new growth drivers. Overall, Neema is a highly intelligent and ethical leader with an open-door policy for anyone at any level of the organization. He is always challenging the status quo with actionable creative solutions, all while being open-minded of others’ opinions. He takes great pride in talent development as evidenced by the extremely low turnover of associates in his business and is a dedicated advocate for his team to make sure each member is heard and understood. It comes as no surprise to me how he has earned virtually every coveted award that ADP can bestow.
