Great news for our Prime members in the UK… Prime Day is back in July! This will be Amazon’s 10th Prime Day, and I’m looking forward to big savings on top brands for our customers up and down the country. Last year, we had our biggest Prime Day event, with Prime members buying 375m+ items worldwide and saving more than $2.5bn on millions of deals across Amazon. What would be even better news for Prime customers is if the Prime Service that we pay for worked. Packages delivered on time and correctly. Also then when there is an issue The customer service team and ECR team actually deal with the issues. The customer service team don't hang up on people and the ERC carry on responding on email to the issues rather than saying they will not answer any more emails. I would love you to reach out to provide you with examples so you better service customers that pay for this Premium service.
