  • CDK Global announced its dealership management system should be fully operational by July 4, following cyberattacks that disrupted services for thousands of customers across North America. The attacks on June 19 left over 15,000 dealerships without software, forcing them to use workarounds and slowing sales. CDK expects all dealers to be online by July 3 or 4. However, challenges remain as the service department must recreate tickets. We understand that this is a monumental task, but we are here to help. As customers reconnect, WPC is committed to helping you get back up to speed quickly and ensuring a successful month.
