To celebrate two decades of Visteon in China, we hosted a media workshop with nearly 20 of our long-standing partners. They joined us for an insightful discussion led by Wei Wei, Managing Director of Visteon China. Wei provided a fascinating look back at Visteon's growth in the Chinese market, while also discussing exciting prospects for the future. Our technical experts took center stage to showcase the cutting-edge innovations Visteon is bringing to life. From displays and cockpit technologies to industry-leading electrification products, the focus was on advancements shaping the automotive landscape. The day culminated in an interactive Q&A session where our business strategy and the roadmap for future products were discussed.

Ten students from the Information Technology High School and Námestovo High School of Business and Services recently wrapped up a two-week internship at our plant in Slovakia. Their energy was infectious! The students jumped right in, assisting our Process Engineering, IT, Quality & Lab, and HR teams with real-world tasks and even contributing to ongoing projects. They were blown away by our collaborative atmosphere and efficient systems. We're thrilled they rated the experience a success and want to return next year. Our recent offsite in South Korea was a great reminder of what we can accomplish when we work together as a crew, united by a shared passion. 💪 We kicked things off by reflecting on what makes Visteon unique. From the open communication fostered at town halls to a culture that prioritizes connection and clear goals, all empowered by a supportive leadership team, it's no wonder we're seeing a more diverse and thriving team. Following the ever-reliable "Start-Stop-Continue" model, we charted our intentions for the coming months. We also took some time to appreciate the outstanding contributions of some of our colleagues. 🧡 And then, the real adventure began—we set sail on a whale-hunting expedition! (Spoiler alert: the whales won this round, but the memories we made are priceless.)

Curious what it's like to intern at a cutting-edge tech company in India? We're proud to share that 286 engineering graduates just completed their internships at Visteon's tech centers across the country. 🇮🇳 Throughout this 6-month experience, these interns soaked up knowledge from mentors, pushed their limits with hands-on learning, and worked together in interactive sessions. It wasn't all work though – they had a blast along the way too! This winning formula equipped them with the skills and smarts to be successful in the next stage in their careers. And what's better—the majority of these interns are transitioning into our #RISE program. A huge thank you to all our engineering mentors and leaders who poured their time and expertise into providing our interns a smooth and enriching learning experience. 🙏

There should be no barriers to knowledge! A love for learning is deeply rooted in the Visteon DNA, and we are committed to passing it on by supporting underprivileged students. Through our long-standing partnership with Shanghai Sunrise, we provide financial aid to help students complete their education. Earlier this year, we met with these inspiring students over lunch, learning about their aspirations for the future and offering career advice. #VisteonProud

Congrats to our Slovakian colleagues for joining the national "To Work by Bike" campaign this June. 🚲 20 people from our Namestovo plant formed 5 teams and cycled their way to work all month long, rain or shine! This national campaign promotes eco-friendly commuting in cities, and our team showed incredible determination and teamwork throughout June. Some of our colleagues discovered the joy of cycling, while others continued their daily bike routine. ♻️ Either way, it's a win for the environment and a great way to stay healthy!

In June, our Mexican teams rolled out the red carpet for our Visteon dads to celebrate Father's Day. In Chihuahua, dads enjoyed a delicious meal, live music, and a special gift – a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work. Over in Querétaro, the day was filled with fun activities, including a comedy show that had everyone in stitches. Dads even got to share their experiences and watch a special video message from their families–pure smiles all around! At Visteon, we recognize the tremendous effort our people put in every day.
