Construction is underway! 📈 🏗 The development of the Signia by Hilton and Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium expansion covers another monumental milestone: 7,600 cubic yards of concrete were poured to form the base of the new property in downtown #Indianapolis.
