Today our nearly 1,500 employees deliver on our mission as we empower 1,500 people with diverse abilities each year to live a meaningful life through innovative support and services. We are planting seeds daily until we achieve our vision of a community that embrace’s every individuals’ abilities. We encourage a life without limits for people who are born with a disability, acquire a disability through illness, accident or injury, or are aging into a disability through our comprehensive service offerings. • We offer children who are experiencing delays in meeting developmental milestones various therapies to help them reach their full potential • We deliver a broad system of support for the entire family including grandparents and siblings • We provide the support, resources, and access that helps people secure, maintain, and succeed at competitive, meaningful employment • We help people lead more independent, full, and engaging lives while volunteering, working, shopping, or participating in recreational opportunities • We are building strong community connections by matching each person’s strengths, preferences, and abilities with available local opportunities • We provide a place to call home, and a nurturing and supportive family environment rich with life experiences for people • We provide the opportunity for people to manage their own supports and services • We restore and refurbish home medical equipment and assistive technology devices and redistribute to the community free of charge • We make everyday living easier, and otherwise impossible tasks possible for people
