Through our partnership, we helped identify effective value propositions and messaging that have helped maximize their ROI. “How do you manage your time?”...“How do you know what to work on, when?” I get these questions ALL 👏 THE 👏 TIME 👏 . It’s easy to spout off the #pomodoro method or the old classic: throw your phone into another room and shut the door. But with new business at Tuff coming in and the daily challenge of managing operations, projects, processes, timelines, budgets, and bandwidth, I’ve pushed myself to find a better, more tactical solution. Enter: A not-so-new task prioritization matrix based on urgency and time-to-complete. Here’s the gist: Do the tasks that are most important and take the least amount of time first, then plan out longer, more time-intensive (but also urgent) tasks in specific time blocks. Then move to non-urgent tasks after those are knocked out. Here’s a bit more detail: 1️⃣ Urgent + Quick: These are your quick wins, the espresso shots of your to-do list. Do them and keep the momentum going. 2️⃣ Urgent + Long: These tasks need your attention but take a bit longer. Schedule focused time blocks to tackle them without distractions (throw that phone). 3️⃣ Not Urgent + Quick: These are the easy fillers. They’re important but not pressing. Fit them in during slower moments of your day. 4️⃣ Not Urgent + Long: These are the strategic deep dives. Plan and prioritize them to ensure they get the thoughtful attention they deserve. By categorizing tasks this way, the feeling of frantic busyness sorts itself into productivity that actually makes an impact. This way of tackling my to-do's has been a game-changer for me. A common misconception with ad creative testing is that you have to have large budgets to generate meaningful insights. Good news! That isn't true. While having a larger budget can certainly help achieve more significant results, it’s not the only factor determining success. A well-crafted campaign with laser-focused messaging and targeting can yield high-impact learnings, no matter the budget. The 🔑 = Constant growth.

If you told me when I started playing lacrosse in 8th grade that some day I would get to lend a digital hand in helping the pinnacle of the sport have a record setting opening weekend...well I'd probably say, Hell Yeah! It's been an epic opportunity getting to partner with the Premier Lacrosse League at Tuff, and we're just getting started helping grow the fastest sport on two feet.
