    In the SaaS space Net Dollar Retention provides more insights than ARR. Net Dollar Retention (NDR) is useful in determining the effectiveness of your customer success as it allows you to understand if you're engaging with your customers and meeting their needs. Cybersecurity companies should target an NDR of 120% or greater.
