Last week, Braze announced the Braze Data Platform: "a comprehensive, composable set of new and existing Braze capabilities and partner integrations available in our customer engagement solution, designed to help marketers leverage data to deliver more impactful, scalable customer experiences powered by Braze." The goal of the Braze Data Platform is to help marketers make sense of the data capabilities that already exist within the Braze platform and capabilities that are bolstered by its robust catalog of integration partners. TL;DR — the expansive customer data landscape can be tricky to navigate and understand, but Braze's capabilities and its composability with other key data solutions make it easier for marketers to collect and activate data to meaningfully engage their customers. One key integration partner included within the Braze Data Platform is Segment CDP. Learn more about our POV on why and when Segment & Braze are better together:

We're excited to announce the formal launch of our offering, Multi-Thread! 🪡 Multi-Thread is our proprietary framework for helping brands weave AI and automation throughout their campaign operations processes to bring campaigns to life faster. One of our early Multi-Thread clients is piloting the ability to submit a campaign brief form through their project management tool, Airtable, to automate the development of creative and messaging assets within Braze, eliminating up to two weeks of campaign ideation and development time. Future phases will include automating the QA process and using AI for campaign optimization. Learn more about Multi-Thread: stitch.cx/multi-thread

Your visual brand has been created with a lot of intentionality behind it. All the thought that went into choosing every little detail — from your fonts to colors to imagery and messaging — doesn’t have to be diluted. Integrating your brand’s unique font across all campaigns ensures your messages stand out and are instantly recognizable — creating a consistent brand experience across channels. In this episode of Thread The Needle, Megan Hampton shares how to bring your brand to life in your emails by adding custom fonts to your Braze workspace, including: 〰 Adding Google fonts  〰 Adding Adobe/Non-Google fonts into your workplace 〰 Using Liquid for multiple custom fonts 〰 Implementing custom fonts in a Content Block 〰 Selecting default fonts Watch now: https://lnkd.in/gx9WyPUC

Webhooks in Braze are a game-changer for marketers. They offer a way to connect two systems together to improve automation capabilities across the various touchpoints that make up your customer experience. Webhooks not only reduce the time spent on menial work —allowing marketers to focus on what’s truly important — they also expand the ways marketers can leverage Braze in tandem with other systems, such as using webhooks to trigger messaging, credit loyalty points, and create triggers for more personalized experiences. In this episode of Thread the Needle, Jesse Cohen, Solution Architect at Stitch, breaks down how to use webhooks, including: 〰 What a webhook is 〰 The difference between a standard API and a webhook 〰 Common use cases for webhooks 〰 Using action-based webhooks within Braze's Canvas Watch now: https://lnkd.in/g_wSeWCK
