We asked Account Manager, Cornell Ward, what Enterprise features do you most often recommend to customers and what sorts of problems do they help solve? Cornell said, "Page Drafts. These really help with cross team collaboration within organizations." He also enjoys "hearing about the different use cases for all of our customers and creating bespoke solutions using a platform that I'm quite familiar with." We work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. We provide personalized support and guidance, to help our customers maximize the value they derive from our products. To a certain extent we serve as advocates for our customers within the Squarespace, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized. We also gather direct feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements, ultimately benefiting the entire customer base." Last month to wrap up our Pride month celebrations, Queerspace and SOMOS ERGs teamed up to host an electrifying Drag happy hour event which included trivia challenges, musical bingo, and a runway walk-off! Employees had the chance to win prizes, witness mesmerizing lip-sync performances, and join the queens for dancing.

Here's what she had to say: "Even outside of my Enterprise Account Manager position, I'm an ambassador of all things Squarespace. Ask any of my friends! I simply won't keep quiet about the importance of self-marketing, owning and maintaining your own corner of the Internet, and having pride in the creative work that you do. So, for me to have the opportunity to learn about and understand the goals of our Enterprise customers, and how I can support them on the Squarespace platform to achieve those goals, is honestly a dream of mine. I wholeheartedly believe that Squarespace provides tools that can be life-changing when applied strategically and with passion. When I see that an account of mine is in need of someone on their team who carries my level of excitement for creative freedom, I make it a point to step up and empower those teams with both platform knowledge and enthusiasm for the end project."

Here's what he had to say: "You need a really diverse set of skills when working with Enterprise customers. In addition to being a product expert, you have to be a strategic thinker, align our solutions with the customer's needs, and be adaptable to new situations and challenges. Strong communication skills are also essential in my role. I need to clearly articulate complex ideas, negotiate effectively, and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams, internally and externally."
