    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of our long-term SaaS clients! Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails. Manage a sales pipeline for enterprise and SMB clients. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new leads and schedule product demos. Maintain communication with potential clients and track activity in Salesforce. Qualifications: Familiarity with construction equipment or related asset-based industries. 1 year of BDR/SDR Experience in B2B SaaS. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls and using CRM tools. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $45K - $50K + commission = $75K - $80K in the first year. Position Overview: The Sales Representative III will oversee a $4M-$6M territory throughout Oregon, focusing on Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Bend. The role entails a 50/50 split between acquiring new business (primarily distributors) and expanding existing accounts. Ideal candidates are extroverted, entrepreneurial, and resourceful. This is a fully remote position requiring travel to clients 3-4 days per week.
