Here’s how it works: 💲 Businesses set their standard reimbursement rate, which defaults to the current year’s IRS rate of $0.67/mile 📱 Employees can then submit trip details in the Rho App, which automatically calculates the distance between stops ➕ The reimbursement amount is calculated, and employees are prompted to submit any other details – like notes or client IDs – required by the business’ expense policies ✅ Once approved, employees are reimbursed directly to their bank accounts via ACH Link to read more in the comments 👇
