Breaking News 🚨 : The Michigan Court of Claims has issued a preliminary injunction blocking the enforcement of Michigan's 24-hour mandatory delay, biased state-mandated counseling requirements, and the ban that prevents advanced practice clinicians from providing abortion care. This means that starting tomorrow, our patients will no longer be required to review biased information designed to dissuade them from having an abortion or risk having to be turned away because they forgot to bring a timestamped form to their appointment. 🙌💙 Thank you, Center for Reproductive Rights, Northland Family Planning Centers, and Medical Students for Choice for taking action to defend Michiganders' reproductive freedom by filing this suit.
