Michael Angeloni Store Manager in our Frankfort, IL location proudly celebrates four decades with the franchise. What’s behind his success?   “From the day I joined Pearle Vision, I committed myself to learning through various training programs, hands-on experiences, and expanded my knowledge in the optical industry. I have worked hard in my current position for future growth in my store professionally allowing me to reach new heights in my career.”   For Michael, it has always been about keeping Dr. Stanley Pearle's mission of delivering genuine eyecare as the focus. Each day he makes it his mission to put the patient’s needs at the center of every interaction – from addressing their concerns, providing education and helping them understand the importance of regular eye exams. With his team, Michael never misses a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts and achievements with celebrations. Trust and collaboration are just as important among his team and doctor to continue driving success and growth together.

Remembering and honoring the legacy of Leonardo Del Vecchio, on the second anniversary of his passing. His dedication and values continue to shape and guide EssilorLuxottica towards a future he helped envision. We remain grateful for his leadership and the work he did for our company and its people.

With Target Optical, our RLB Corporate team came together for a mid-year meeting in New York City to celebrate our successes and discuss new ways to deliver for our Corporate and Franchise teams. It was a great moment to pause, reflect and get excited for the back half of the year.

Last week, Gunjan Kumar, President - Pearle Vision, Josh Robinson, Vice President Field Operations, and Laura Morelli, Regional Director - Canada, alongside Corporate leaders, visited our Corporate and Franchise locations in Toronto, Canada. Our growing presence in Canada has continued to be an essential part of our strategy. With over 60 Franchise and Corporate locations in this region, we are proud to see our teams make an impact in the neighborhoods they serve each day. Our franchisees and doctors are the heart of our community. Gunjan Kumar, President - Pearle Vision, recently visited our Eye Care centers in Minnesota to get to know the people behind each prescription and every pair of glasses. Getting to spend time with the General Managers, franchisees, doctors, and even their families, was a special opportunity to hear everyone’s personal journey, their history with Pearle Vision, and new ideas to strengthen our community. Thank you to our teams for hosting and for the work you do each day to bring our mission to life.

We are excited to see our continued growth as we welcome the team in Erie, Colorado under the dynamic duo, Brady and Lori Edwards. Pearle Vision franchisees for over eight years, they opened their first location in 2016 and have since opened two more. Entrepreneurial in all aspects of their lives, and with a passion for delivering genuine eye care, they balance the operations of the business and their professions. We look forward to seeing many more great achievements from this team and their newest location.

This week, our Franchise Owners and Corporate partners came together at the Northcreek Dallas Lab facility to discuss business opportunities and ways to improve support. During their time together, they toured the lab, checked out Essilor's latest instruments and discussed how franchisees can build their practice with the latest groundbreaking technology including a revolutionary new way to treat dry eye.
