Meet Harman! Joining us as a Quality Analyst, Harman Bal brings with her over 8 years of varied experiences in IT. We asked if she'd be willing to share her thoughts on joining the team and we enjoyed hearing her perspective on continuous learning, work-life integration, and opportunities for in-person connection, all of which are core components of our company culture. ___________ Us: What keeps you excited about going to work? Harman: There is a LOT to learn! Between all the various projects going on already and the potential upcoming initiatives, it seems like there’s never a dull moment. The opportunity to continue to learn and expand your knowledge base is there even if you are a veteran so for a newer team member like myself, the education is endless! Us: What excited you most about joining the team? Harman: I heard excellent things about the Mi-Case celebration that happened last year and I couldn’t wait to experience that myself as well. I think it’s a wonderful gesture on behalf of Mi-Case to invite everyone and their families to have a fulfilling and memorable experience all the while meeting everyone you work with (and their families) in person. Us: What do you like most about working for Mi-Case? Harman: I really enjoy and appreciate the flexibility and grace that I’ve seen at Mi-Case so far since I’ve joined. Everyone is very accommodating and understanding when there is a need for change in your day. It is as simple as keeping that line of communication open and in turn, there is comfort in knowing that your team and company trusts you will handle your work and personal life responsibly. _________ We're fired up to have her on board, and look forward to seeing all that she'll accomplish!
