The principals travel frequently and require a self-starter. Responsibilities: · Provide high-level support managing personal and household tasks with discretion and efficiency. · Manage two Gmail accounts on behalf of the family; triage emails and ghost-write responses for the principals. The right person has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting (advanced degree a plus) and significant experience working with these types of families, has impeccable accounting skills, is highly organized, highly accurate, smart, has emotional intelligence and a polished executive skillset. Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
