Hi Team,
Tomorrow, we celebrate not just our nation, but the spirit of innovation that defines America. Our secret sauce has always been technology, keeping us at the forefront of spreading democratic values worldwide.
In the early 20th century, we led the way in developing revolutionary manufacturing technologies like the assembly line. Then, we took a long vacation and offshored our manufacturing. Now, we’re facing the consequences of that move: reliance on authoritarian regimes and economic setbacks in once-thriving U.S. manufacturing cities.
Machina is here to bring manufacturing back with a bang, redefining it with robotics and AI. This makes us a uniquely American company. However, this path is not easy. Like craftsmen, we are choosing the harder route. It’s easy for the level of talent we have in this company to work with tech giants like Google and Microsoft for potentially better short-term salaries. But we’re not here for quick bucks. We’re here to build essential things that no one else would. I guarantee that if we execute successfully, a techno-industrial company like Machina can be bigger than any of the aforementioned tech companies, with rewards that are both quantitative and qualitative.
Techno-industrial companies like Machina have the potential to be the biggest players out there because we deal in the real, tangible world; not just pixels and code. We’re here because we believe this is the most important mission, and we’re all in. Now that's patriotic!
I'm very excited and proud of the impact and technology we’re creating.
Have an epic Fourth of July with your loved ones!
Ed
