They are experts in managing change 😮 Hear us out... 👉 Every year, multiple new tax changes come down and impact their clients. 👉 Multiple times per year, they are learning, relearning, or exploring new pieces of technology (for themselves or their client). 👉 Multiple times per year, they are tweaking processes for their clients (because ... their clients are constantly changing!). We've heard accountants complain that accountants "don't like change" But we think its more so that they are tired of changing constantly! You MUST keep to the scope. You MUST train on scope...
