    We are thrilled to announce that our Senior Director of Insights, Smriti Sheth, led an engaging roundtable session on DIY and In-house Research at the Market Research in the Mobile World NA conference. This prestigious event showcases the latest advancements in mobile, innovation, and high-tech marketing research. During the panel titled, “Everybody’s Perfect – Yeah Right: Welcome to the Failure Panel,” Smriti, alongside other experts, candidly shared their biggest mistakes and the invaluable lessons learned from them. This session provided insights on what NOT to do and how to navigate the inevitable challenges every successful leader encounters.     We're partnering with The Female Quotient at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. This collaboration celebrates the inspiring leaders who champion inclusive, authentic, and transparent stories in marketing. At IPSY, we believe confidence is beautiful, which is why we’re offering Confidence Styling appointments in the Equality Lounge. Our CMO, Francine Li, also participated in the panel "Empathy in Action: How Female Leaders are Shaping Inclusive Customer Experiences." Alongside other female C-suite executives, they shared valuable insights on creating customer-centric strategies and fostering inclusive cultures.     This year’s second-annual IPSY Brand & Creator Forum brought together beauty’s leading brands and superstar creators for an afternoon of power-packed collaboration, featuring intimate chats, panels, and networking with some of the biggest names in the industry, all culminating in the final event, The Ipsies: Beauty and Creator Awards. Since the beginning, our mission at IPSY has always been to inspire everyone to express their unique beauty. As the world’s largest beauty membership, we’ve delivered.     Three members of the IPSY team—Polina Akabas, Director of Lifecycle Marketing, Jessica Cox, Director of Lifecycle Marketing, and Carina Pedersen, Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager—joined forces to present on the value of adding SMS as a marketing channel at the Iterable Activate Conference this month. Polina summarizes with, “Listen to the market. Listen to your customers. Meet them where they want to be met next.” Sure, we’ve heard the old “meet them where they are” before, but in the context of SMS it’s especially important to consider. Not every customer will want to receive SMS messages. Maybe it doesn’t even make sense for your brand. Don’t add channels for the sake of adding channels. Listen to what is being asked of you.
