Samarth Virmani, MD has joined our team as our newest Endocrinologist. He is a highly skilled and compassionate doctor who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our clinic. Dr. Virmani completed his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas, following an internal medicine residency at the University of Central Florida/HCA GME Consortium in Greater Orlando, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. Dr. Virmani is dedicated to advancing the field of endocrinology through his active involvement in professional societies and his commitment to research and education. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Thyroid Association, Texas Endocrinology Association, American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, and the Endocrine Society. Dr. Virmani's clinical interests include diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic bone diseases, adrenal disorders, bone health and obesity medicine. He is also a Certified Clinical Densitometrist, specializing in the assessment of bone density and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Outside of medicine, he enjoys strength training, singing, and playing sports like squash, table tennis, and cricket. Dr. Virmani is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Punjabi, Urdu, and has a basic understanding of Spanish. His dedication to patient care, combined with his comprehensive medical knowledge, makes him a valuable asset to our clinic and a trusted partner in your healthcare journey. Hope has been with our team as a nurse for some time now, but has transitioned into a Family Nurse Practitioner on our care team! We are grateful to have her on board and she is accepting new patients! Hope is a Gillette native and has received her Masters of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Western Governors University. She has a Bachelors of Science in Human Services from Black Hills State University. She completed her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gillette College. Hope has a vast knowledge in healthcare from being a substitute school nurse, medical-surgical nurse, perioperative nurse, and clinic nurse here at Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic. Our founders, Charles, Mark, William and Patty Hoskinson along with our team, recently hosted Governor Mark Gordon and our Mayor Shay Lundvall for our groundbreaking ceremony for our 2024 clinic expansion project. We will be adding 60,000 square feet to our main clinic located at 469 WY-50. In addition to our current care team, this expansion will also house a number of new specialists including cardiology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, nephrology, dermatology, allergy, rheumatology, infectious disease and much more. Stay tuned as we continue to release information about the expansion project, and its new technologies and services!
