It is always wonderful to have your team recognized by the brand for their efforts. Congratulations to Dominique Parker (Right) for her "Hospitality Hero" award to kick off this "Team Member Appreciation Week". She was one of the few selected from over 1600 entries. We recently hosted a Make-A-Wish Child and Dominique dressed as her favorite Princess "Tiana" to greet her upon arrival with a Red-Carpet welcome. We want to recognize one of our long-term associates Benjamin Ross. This Sunday Ben celebrates his 15th year with us. He joined the Hilton team shortly after the opening in 2009, and has enlighted us, and thousands of guests since. You may know him from his efforts with Richmond Region Tourism as well, often found at the Richmond Airport assisting guests just arriving to RVA. Benjamin has been instrumental to our success over the years as a Concierge, Bellmen, tour guide, and more.
