Sand courts aren’t just for volleyball! Whether it’s a walk, jog, HIIT workout, or a competitive game, If you live near some sand, try incorporating it into your routine! Here are some reasons why I try to be in the sand at least once a week: -Soft surface=less impact -Balance and instability training for the foot/ankle complex -Higher energy cost than firm surfaces -Change of scenery and stress relief (I love to be outside!!)
