The Havre Public Schools Education Foundation (HPSEF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to provide a margin of excellence in support of the educational needs of students by raising, accumulating and disbursing funds to improve, enhance and support the educational opportunities for the students of Hill County School District 16 and A. History On May 9, 2000, the initial Board of Directors of the Havre Public Schools Education Foundation was approved by the Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees. With the dedication of seven original board members, and the additional members as the years passed, the Foundation has worked to fulfill its purpose. HPSEF has actively provided financial support for the students and faculty of the Havre Public Schools since 2000. Along with that support, the Foundation promotes civic pride, community involvement and participation in our schools. Contributing to the Foundation is an investment in our young people. The Foundation is committed to ensuring excellence in education in Havre and Hill County. It is the best interest of a community that members join together to seek ways to guarantee provision for the educational needs of our young people.
