Raise that cup, Florida Panthers!! 🏆 The Florida Panthers successfully completed their redemption tour with a 2-1 victory over the Oilers in Game 7 of The Stanley Cup Finals. Not only did they make franchise history on the ice, they drew an average audience of 16.3 million viewers between the U.S. and Canada, marking the second highest viewership for an NHL game on record since 2004. Congratulations to our clients Florida Panthers!

Every June, we spend hours on our employees’ annual assessments: sourcing peer feedback, deliberating over what they do well and how they can improve, and writing self- and manager-led reflections that often go on for pages. When all is finally written, each employee meets with their manager, and we discuss. The discussions are usually productive, empowering, and refreshingly devoid of surprises. By the end of the month, I'm left with a sense of pride in each of the members of my team. In the past year, they've each accomplished so much and found a way to grow from every new challenge. (And in agency world, there are many!) But these assessments are closed-door meetings. No one else gets to hear the 30-minute synopsis of how they spent the past year elevating themselves and those around them. So I'm giving the 30-second versions here: - Not only has Samantha Saner built on her ability to make any complex problem feel simple and solvable, she also further elevated herself as a leader this past year. An active listener with a bias toward showing vs. telling, she's a mentor who can coach someone from good to great, from great to exceptional. - Megan Cain is a machine. She always seems to be well prepared, composed, articulate, and full of innovative ideas that are tailor-made for her clients. But that doesn't happen without effort. Megan puts in the work and has a passion that drives that machine forward. You can't teach that kind of dedication, she just has it in spades. - Mariya Samardzhieva eats, sleeps, and breathes advertising. Her mind is constantly working the puzzle pieces of what's new & exciting, how it can work for her clients, and how it can be measured and scaled. Nobody loves a test, beta, or new ad format quite like Mariya. - Cecilia Marchini embraces every challenge as a learning opportunity, which has accelerated her growth while at Gupta Media. In the past few months alone, she's learned the ins and outs of new channels, become an expert in CTV measurement, and helped expand into new verticals. Thank you Sam, Megan, Mariya, and Ceci for your dedication and exceptional commitment to the craft this past year. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such talented individuals.

🌟 #AllGupta Week is here! 🌟 At Gupta Media, we invest in culture. That's why we've brought all our remote employees into the Boston office for a week full of collaboration, connection, and (of course) some pickleball fun. 🏓 We've grown a lot over the years, both physically in terms of office space and location (👋 NYC, Nashville, Madison, + LA) and in terms of our offerings as an agency. That's why it's more important now than ever to work together IRL and build even stronger relationships. This week gives us the opportunity to do just that and to bring even more energy into the rest of the year. Here's what's on the docket for the 2024 #AllGupta Week: → Our annual Bragathon where we celebrate *all* of our achievements from the past year. → Team lunches in Back Bay with both remote and in-office employees in one place. → Post-work #AllGupta pickleball tournament. → Daily seminars and creative brainstorms. Here's to a great week ahead filled with teamwork, innovation, and plenty of good vibes! 🚀
