Last week, our teams in Toronto and Chicago volunteered at two different foods banks. Chicago volunteered at Nourishing Hope and Toronto volunteered at the Allan Gardens Food Bank. After enjoying an incredible dinner with a competitive game of trivia, the next morning we delved into an inspiring and thought-provoking workshop led by two extraordinary minds, Dr. Susan Cain and Dr. Tim Buividas. Their expertise and insights challenged us to think differently, communicate more effectively, and elevate our teamwork to new heights through embracing the diverse working styles within our team.
