Since 2000, we've empowered 2,000 young people annually through legal education, mentoring, and leadership training. Our team of about 100 staff and 150 volunteers operates from four offices across 40+ cities in the Bay Area. As our new CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic and operational initiatives, nurturing our culture, expanding our programs, and advancing our mission. You'll work closely with the FLY Executive Team, oversee three executive team members, and manage an executive assistant.
