Skild AI, valued at $1.5 billion, is building a "general purpose brain" for robots of all kinds. Robots using its foundational AI model, trained on 1000 times more data than others, are able to perform tasks they never explicitly learned. The company has raised $300 million in funding in a round led by Lightspeed, Softbank, Coatue and Jeff Bezos.
