As we gather to celebrate with friends and family, let's take a moment to reflect on the significance of Independence Day. On this day, we commemorate the birth of our nation and the values of freedom, liberty, and democracy that it stands for. Wishing you a joyful and safe Fourth of July! 🇺🇸 #fourthofjuly #america #community #placemaking

It was a fantastic day at the Element's 2nd Annual Golf Tournament! 🏌️ All skill levels were welcome, and our extended community of friends, family, and vendors came together for some friendly competition and community building. ⛳🤗 Even Goldie, our office mannequin, made an appearance on the first tee box in her new outfit for all to see and snap photos with. #teambuilding #denver #community

🌈 Celebrating Pride Month 🌈 As Pride Month comes to a close, we reflect on the meaningful engagements organized by our employee-led culture committee, ONE. This month has been a testament to the power of community and inclusivity. Now it's time to keep it going. #PrideAllYear 🤝 Activate Your Allyship Speaker Event: We were honored to host Benjamin Finlayson, Ph.D., LMFT-S, Director of Support Services at PFLAG Denver for a discussion on allyship in the workplace. We created a space to process, connect, learn, and grow allyship. 🎉 Pride Party: Following Dr. Finlayson's talk, we celebrated with a Pride Party featuring delicious treats from a local black, queer, and woman-owned business, The Cake Bar. (PS - it was vegan and gluten-free!) 👕 Pride Garment Making: Employees customized garments with our annual Pride graphic. From t-shirts to tote bags, our team wore their pride with joy and solidarity. ✨ Pride Bingo Virtual Challenge: Individuals participated in this month-long challenge, embracing opportunities to learn about and engage with LGBTQIA+ community events and educational resources throughout Colorado. 📰 Pride Newsletter: Our monthly internal newsletter provided valuable education on the history of Pride, highlighted local LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses and events in Colorado, and shared resources for those seeking gender-affirming care or wanting to support queer non-profits. #pride #lgbtq #ally #placemaking

Placemaking starts with the needs of people - all people. And places can unite diverse communities and foster a sense of belonging and celebration of self. We are passionately committed to an action plan to drive positive change toward a more inclusive society. Today, our nation is celebrating Juneteenth, a holiday of profound historical significance and a celebration of resilience, culture, and the fight for equality and justice. We had a blast taking over the Elements Experience Center with Tarkett and Kestrel Design Group! Tarkett's new cool + warm colorways were so inspiring for the shower bundles we created. Thank you to our neighbors, ReRoot Gardens, for leading us through such a magical class. #placemaking #community #flooring #tarkettflooring #denverdesign
