At Comun, our mission has always been to help immigrant families thrive in the U.S. by providing affordable and easy access to banking services. With the recent launch of our remittances feature, we are one step closer to delivering on that mission. With this new feature, Comun customers can easily and safely send international money transfers within minutes directly from their phones. And even better, Comun customers can save hundreds of dollars in remittance fees. To put in perspective how much consumers pay in remittance fees, we conducted an analysis and found that some large remittance players can cost users more than $600 in fees over five years vs. using a service like Comun.
