Community Care Partners is proudly behind the scenes of four exceptional urgent care groups. It’s the people in these 100 clinics that really make the magic happen, though. Here are just a few of the nice things patients had to say about our teams. We couldn’t agree more… #reviewsmatter #teamwork #urgentcare

The 4th of July is almost always a scorcher and it is easy to lose track of time spent in the sun when you're having fun. So start today off right -- have a plan to seek shade and hydrate at least once every hour. For more about heat-related illnesses and dehydration, check out our blog posts on all of our brands' blogs: https://lnkd.in/gVWnHgF8, https://lnkd.in/gipfB9a2, https://lnkd.in/gJ5HTpPD and texasmedclinic.com/news/. With 100 clinics and four brands, there is a lot happening at Community Care Partners. That's precisely why it’s so important for us to take time to pause and focus on gratitude. Our people are our foundation, and each year we dedicate a week to honor them, inspire each other and celebrate our shared accomplishments. During this year’s Team Member Appreciation Week, we: * Connected with each other — locally we shared meals and fun activities, and long distance we connected over photos, videos and stories on our internal social feed. * Showered each other with "high five cards" to recognize our team members' contributions. * Presented Culture & Values Champion Awards, our highest honor, in each of our 9 districts. These team members were nominated by their peers as exemplifying our company values (Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Humility and Accountability). * Continued to offer top-quality, compassionate care to those who turn to us for their urgent care needs each week. From all of us at Community Care Partners to each member of the BestMed, Coastal Urgent Care, SouthStar Urgent Care and Texas MedClinic teams – thank you. We are deeply grateful. Today is Juneteenth, a time to commemorate this date in 1865, when enslaved Black people in Texas were finally informed of their freedom more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. We hope you will join us in celebrating Black freedom and resilience today, while recognizing that learning from our imperfect history gives us the opportunity to build a more just and equitable future for all. Learn more about Juneteenth and African American history and culture on the National Museum of African American History & Culture website: https://nmaahc.si.edu/ or watch this video about the history of Juneteenth from TED-Ed: https://lnkd.in/gH7mfT5c #juneteenth #healthcare #equity

June is dedicated to emphasizing the health and wellbeing of men. Despite all jokes about “man colds,” men commonly postpone a trip to a medical clinic, citing that ‘it’s not that bad’ and hoping the concern will self-resolve. But after seeing thousands of unnecessarily miserable men in our Community Care Partners brand clinics we’re here to encourage you to come see us sooner! There’s no need to be tough – especially if it’s going to require medical care eventually, anyway. Be easier on yourself. ccpartners.com #menshealthmonth #mancold #communitycarepartners

We’re celebrating Pride Month by reasserting our commitment to caring for and celebrating each person in the LGBTQ+ community. As employers and health care providers this means we: 1. Recognize the contributions LGBTQ+ team members make to our organization every day – and have made for many years. 2. Dedicate ourselves to building and maintaining a culture and environment in which everyone is comfortable being their authentic self at work. 3. Acknowledge an additional responsibility to understand and address the health disparities faced by our LGBTQ+ patients. These disparities are often exacerbated by the challenges LGBTQ+ individuals face in accessing care. At Community Care Partners, we will never discriminate against, refuse care or provide lesser treatment to any individual who comes to us for help. We are united by our compassion, kindness and commitment to providing care that is personal to every one of our patients. ccpartners.com #pridemonth #urgentcare #communitycarepartners
