We inspire all children to wonder and explore their world through play and innovative, hands-on learning experiences.
About us
The Betty Brinn Children’s Museum is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to playful learning for all. The Museum's vibrant exhibit environments and facilitated in-person and virtual educational programs inspire children to actively explore the world around them. Accessibility to services that foster academic, social, emotional and physical growth for area children and students is a Museum priority. As Wisconsin's largest children's museum, the organization serves almost 200,000 visitors annually at its downtown Milwaukee location. The Museum's operation and outreach services are supported in part thanks to the generosity of its dedicated members, donors and volunteers who value and recognize the critical importance of educational opportunities for our children.

Happy Juneteenth! Did you know that quilting is a historical art form that played a significant role among enslaved communities? Today at America's Black Holocaust Museum's Juneteenth Celebration, we drew inspiration from this art form, and guests added their own stories to a collaborative quilt-patterned board. Check out their incredible work of art!
