We are kicking off our 2024 Equip a Kid Campaign Today! 🏫 Your support of our annual Equip-A-Kid program can help ease worry, reduce stress, and comfort kids by ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. This year, we are transitioning to a care package rather than equipping students with a backpack. Because being prepared for school goes beyond pencils and paper! We had the opportunity to join WLWT's Sheree Paolello alongside Kerry Brown, our Senior Parenting Specialist. Kerry discussed effective ways for parents to approach conversations with teenagers about difficult situations, as well as important signs to watch for that may indicate emotional challenges. Beech Acres Parenting Center is looking for an Outreach & Engagement Supervisor! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the program retention and recruitment strategy for foster homes cultivating an active network of diverse stakeholders for With All Families programming, inclusive of community partners, program funders, and participants. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Business Administration, or related field – Bachelor’s preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or leadership based role, preferably within a non-profit setting. Some experience in Foster Care and/or community partnerships preferred. Requires some work outside of traditional business hours including evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license.
