OFFER ACCEPTED: CREATIVE/BRAND Director. This was incredibly challenging but had all the ingredients for success. You can have the highest standards and be looking for the rarest of people if you're willing to engage heavily in the process and you have the right budget. Working directly with the C-Suite, this was the first hire's of it's kind in one of the fastest growing teams I've seen in a while. I needed to reach an even bigger audience of people to attract this super rare person and to get this role out there...so I did what I do, and I got loud and proud. The video campaign I created for this role spread far and wide (I am still getting inquiry from Creatives about applying to the role!) and it allowed me to tap into an even further audience, building off of the network I've already built. Stoked to have another exceptional team scaling up and such a trail-blazing talented CD who just levelled up their career another massive notch!
