Mr. Vilidnitsky is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of industry experience. His impressive career spans renowned institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Putnam Investments, and Barclays Capital. He also founded his own SaaS AI startup, and most recently contributed to the success of Ubiquitous Energy and Carbon 3D. Throughout his career, Boris has successfully raised over $50 million across multiple rounds, utilizing a blend of equity, debt, and government loans from both strategic and financial investors. He has evaluated numerous IPOs, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the market from his roles as both an investor and a sell-side equity analyst. This unique perspective allows Boris to effectively partner with CEOs and executive teams to achieve the results and messaging the market demands. Boris holds an MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Master's degree in Finance from Brandeis International Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College. With a wealth of experience in private markets, fundraising, and secondary transactions, Mark will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective that will enhance our capabilities in serving our clients. Before joining ARGO Capital Advisors, Mr. Gunza spent the last several years at a Dallas-based private equity secondaries firm that focused on acquiring LP stakes of alternative assets as well as GP-led restructurings where he focused on deal sourcing and originations for the firm, working directly with both allocators as well as money managers across all alternative asset classes. Mr. Gunza began his career at Fidelity Investments working in a variety of investment-based roles within public markets. He spent the majority of his experience representing and fundraising for Fidelity's investment products within the institutional and intermediary channels as an investment consultant.
