Health care providers can only treat patients if we can reach them. At Advocate Health, we find ways to remove the barriers that patients sometimes run into when seeking care. That can mean expanding eligibility for financial assistance, connecting patients with resources that address unmet social needs, and even deploying mobile clinics that literally meet patients where they are. As our health system grows, we’re bringing more resources and expertise back home to the communities where our patients live. Join us in commemorating Juneteenth. Through poetry, we capture the essence of this historic day and pay homage to those who paved the way for equality and justice. Let's come together to honor our history and stand united for a better tomorrow. Thank you to teammate, Chiara Sanders, for her powerful and rhythmic words. Copyright © Chiara Sanders 2024. Here's to the heroes without capes, the kings of corny jokes and the champions of bedtime stories. Happy Father's Day!

We’re thrilled to share that we have been named to Parity.Org’s 2024 ParityLIST™, a program that recognizes organizations with policies, benefits and programs to ensure equal advancement opportunities in the workplace. This marks the first year Advocate Health was honored, while Atrium Health was honored in 2023. “We believe that leveling the playing field drives inclusion, which fuels the well-being of those we serve,” says Kinneil Coltman, DHA, executive vice president and chief community and social impact officer for Advocate Health. “Our robust diversity, equity and inclusion engagement ecosystem fosters inclusion and a culture of belonging, trust, innovation, teamwork and improved decision-making.
