Hoje muito se fala sobre Teste de Software e na sua grande maioria ele está atrelado a Automações de Testes, isso se tornou uma "bala de prata" nas empresas que pensam que somente a Automação irá salvar a qualidade de seu produto. Automação sim, é qualidade, porém ela sozinha sem uma base efetiva, distribuição correta das validações em diferentes camadas como a nossa velha amiga Pirâmide e Teste ressalta, sem um processo valido para o seu SDLC não quer dizer nada.

Entender o SDLC da sua equipe irá te ajudar a entender os pontos bons e de melhoria que são necessários e com isso você irá propor processos melhores e simples para que ele flua com tranquilidade. Alguns exemplos é aplicar TDD durante o desenvolvimento, BDD durante o ciclo como um todo e claro sempre revisite o processo quantas vezes forem necessários.
