Greetings,

Is it possible to see an audit event under Admin Log Events to see if the Actor opens or accesses someone else's files in Gdrive, Vault, and email?

The answer is Yes! Go to Reporting, Audit, and investigation, select Drive log events. under Add a filter, select Actor. This will show every activities such as view, edit, export or download. Others please confirm as well. Thanks!
