Google Vault Matters - Content

We are currently using Google Vault Matters to search emails for 2 words that are in the same email's together.

We've set the Terms search to "word 1" "word2"

But when we search, some of the emails being found don't have either of the words in them.

Any Ideas?

@DCGIT   why don't you try  "word 1" and  "word2" 

or

word 1  and word2     format.
