Reading this was such a wonderful experience! A nice mix of tales that I wouldn't normally consider together. There is mystery, satire, and horror here, and yet they all complement each other beautifully. They are less about gore and scares as they are about strangeness and wonder. As with any short story collection, some are better than others, but there is only one tale here that I strongly disliked (and even regretted reading)—the rest were great fun. Highly recommended!
