Return Policy

Buyers understand and agree that FG Essentials orders will be subject to the FG Essentials return policy, which shall supersede over any vendor’s separate return and exchange policy. FG Essentials' return policy is as follows:

1. For incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing products, Buyers must make a return request within fourteen (14) days from the shipped date and return only those item(s) with a valid RMA return label.
2. For all other kinds of returns, Buyers must make a return request within fourteen (14) days from the shipped date and return those item(s) with a valid RMA return label. These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. No replacements or exchanges are available for returns.
4. Refunds are processed only after returns are confirmed to have passed inspection.
5. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only; store credits are not a possible refund method.
6. Refunds are possible for missing items without any returns.
7. No refunds will be provided if a Buyer returns any incorrect product(s).
