Return Policy


	All sales are not subject to a refund.  In some cases, only merchanise exchanges or store credit can be issued.
	The process of any return starts with the buyer requesting for a return of merchandise.  We will only accept returns within 5 business days of the date of delivery of shipment.  Any returns requested beyond the 5 business days, regardless of defects, damages, or shipping mistakes are not eligible for returns.
	Please allow 2 business days for us to prepare your shipment on all the FashionGo Consolidation Orders
	All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15[[[%]]], unless the reason for return of merchandise involves damges, defects, or shipping errors caused by the company. 
	Returns that do not involve defects, damages, or shipping errors, shall be returned in unopened condition, with the manufacturer's seal.  If the returned merchandise is in opened condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15[[[%]]] restocking fee on the items returned.
	If returning due to defects, damages, or shipping errors, we will provide RMA upon request.  The returned package must be in the original packaging with all parts included.  We will not provide RMA for returns that are not in the categories mentioned above.  If returning for any other reason, the buyer must ship the merchandise at their own expense. 
	Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
	All of our items come in packs.  The packs we provide come with 6 pieces total.  They will come either 2-2-2 (S-M-L) or 1-2-2-1 (S-M-L-XL).
	We only do exchanges for full packs.  We cannot exchange single pieces.  For exchanges, a full pack must be provided by the buyer.  Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.  We will not exchange a pack of the same style for a different color.
	For any claims on damges, defects, or shipping errors, please contact us via FashionGo Chat.  Please subject the email accordingly (i.e. Defect Item, Damaged Item, Wrong Ratio, Wrong Style, etc.).  Please include your company name, an Invoice or PO Number, a brief description of the reason for return and photos or photographic evidence of your claim.  A representative from our Return Department will reach out to you regarding your claim.

Cancellation Policy


	
	The only time the buyer can cancel the order through FashionGo is during "New Order" and "Confirmed" status period.
	
	
	If an order cancellation is necessary, the buyer must call our customer service line directly.  The order can be cancelled if it is still in the status of "New Orders" or "Confirmed Orders" but if the order hasn't been packaged and is in the loading docks.  An order cannot be canelled at any time after the status of the order is marked "Fully Shipped Orders".  If a cancellation is absolutely necessary for the order after it is shipped, the buyer must return the merchandise at their own expense, and a 15[[[%]]] restocking fee will be applied upon receiving a refund or store credit.

Return Policy

DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY

DAMAGES: All damages must be reported via email at info@lovetreefashion.com within 15 days from the date the merchandise was delivered for a store credit. No store credit will be issued past the 15 days. We encourage customers to inspect their order for any damages immediately after receiving their order. 

ONLINE RETURNS: All returns must be approved before they are sent. Any merchandise that is returned without confirmation will be rejected, and no store credit will be issued. To obtain return authorization and details for a return, please contact us at info@lovetreefashion.com. Please note that the items returned must include all pieces, and be in their original form and packaging. A store credit will be issued upon arrival and inspection.

•	Shipping cost is nonrefundable. 
•	All sale priced items are final.
•	No international returns unless shipping is paid by the customer.

RETURNED ORDERS: If an order is returned to us by UPS, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost on orders returned back to us due to incorrect shipping address, shipment refusal, or if the courier is not unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
