Viva Las Vengeance

it is what it is
Unbelievable but highly entertaining, I really enjoyed it. The cursing Robert Hoon once again finds himself in a ridiculous situation and deals with it in his hit and miss way.

Laugh out loud funny
Loved loved loved this book. Another amazing funny exciting book from Barry. I adore Hoon the gruff foul mouthed loveable hero. Along with the usual sidekicks of IRIS and Berta. And now Elvis!!
Must admit it’s one of my favourites this one. Five stars from me. And Angus narrating need I say more, Oscar worthy.

Bob Hoon is bonkers and brilliant
I had been awaiting for this book expectantly. It first listen has not let me down. More laughing out loud than any other listen for a long time. I could not find enough time in the day to listen to it. How long till the next instalment!

Absolutely LOVED IT!!!
Another brilliant, Hoontastic installment from JD Kirk. As ever, you never quite know where Mr Hoon is going to take you and I doubt anyone else could have dreamt that one up. As ever, one minute you're laughing like a loon, the next, wiping a tear away. Thankyou so much, really enjoyed it 😉😘

Dad’s army quip
JD Kirk’s Hoon is just hilarious. If you’re in need of a pick me up and a good giggle; look no further than Bob Hoon. A riotous romp through swamps and seediness.

Change of location was intriguing
I just love the witticisms sarcasm it’s my humour so I can relate can’t wait till September for your new book. Brilliant read love the relationship of Iris and Hoon being a scouser myself we have a great sense of humour in Liverpool very quick come backs like hoon but without the profanity but good fun. They work off each other like Tyler and Logan keep it up !!!

funny, good story, got to love Hoon
from the start, laugh out loud funny, good story, not too outlandish and a range of amazing characters that blend well. Great caper from Hoon and crew yet again .
