Story
The new novel from one of the most distinctive writers of the age, Parade sets loose a carousel of lives. It surges past the limits of identity, character, and plot, to tell a true story-about art, family, morality, gender, and how we compose ourselves.

Story
She is noticed by Elliot as he trains in in the gym. He sees her dedication to building her body and taking up space, and he is drawn to her strength. She is observed by her mother, as she grows from a taciturn, tremulous child into a determined and distant woman, who severs all familial ties. She is watched by her former colleague Susie, who offers her sanctuary and support as she leaves her partner and rebuilds her life, transforming her body and reinventing herself online. Each of these three witnesses desires closeness.

I loved this book, an insightful and helpful book. He talks about snooker, his strategy, in depth view of games/match highlights from his own point of view. Enjoyed, the narrator was perfect too.

Story
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother's coffin as the world watched in sorrow - and horror. As Diana, Princess of Wales, was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling - and how their lives would play out from that point on. For Harry, this is that story at last.

Interesting account of his service in the military. The writing was direct and quite poetic at times. Very engaging, could not stop listening to it. I enjoyed the family dynamics and drama aspect to the story. Obviously it was his version/narrative, but heartfelt.
Prince Charles was portrayed in a good light to some degree, apart from issues surrounding the press etc.. Prince William did not do so well, maybe he tried, his best. At times hauntingly sad, but also light and humorous too.

Story
A woman invites a famed artist to visit the remote coastal region where she lives, in the belief that his vision will penetrate the mystery of her life and landscape. Over the course of one hot summer, his provocative presence provides the frame for a study of female fate and male privilege, of the geometries of human relationships and of the struggle to live morally between our internal and external worlds.

Thoroughly enjoyed this audio book, great narration, interesting story. Felt like I could relate to many of the themes in this book, referring to gender, autonomy, art, age and the landscape. I look forward to the next book this author writes. I have also enjoy ed previous books, this is my favourite one so far. Thanks
