A well-known tipster, Ice Universe, has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s display size will remain the same. In other words, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch panel, just like the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Ice Universe is usually spot-on with his information, so we have no reason to doubt this one. In fact, it’s possible that Samsung will use the same exact display, even though that part is not mentioned by the tipster.

If that ends up being the case, we’re looking at a QHD+ (3120 x 1440) Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display. That panel will likely be flat, and offer an adaptive refresh rate (1-120Hz). It remains to be seen if we’ll see an even higher peak brightness, though. The Gorilla Armor protection, or perhaps Gorilla Armor 2, will be included on top of it.

The tipster also touched on the Galaxy S25 Ultra cameras. He confirmed yesterday that the phone will feature four cameras on the back. With that info, he squashed a recent rumor that three cameras would be included.

He’s also quite skeptical regarding camera changes

Today, the tipster said that we “need to be prepared for the worst” when it comes to the phone’s cameras. There’s a possibility that the camera setup will remain the same. Ice Universe often criticizes the Galaxy S24 Ultra camera performance, compared to the competition, so that’s why he put it this way.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is coming in the first quarter of next year, most probably. It will launch alongside the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+, based on the info we have thus far. It’s still too early to tell, though.

We should start seeing more concrete leaks when it comes to the Galaxy S25 series soon, though. Samsung is expected to change up the design a bit this time around, but we’ll see if that will happen or not.
